Welcome to Poo Patrol Plymouth! By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure fairness, transparency, and the best possible experience for both parties.
1. Service Overview
Poo Patrol Plymouth offers pet waste removal services at residential and commercial properties. Services may include one-time cleans, regular scheduled visits, deodorising treatments, and offsite waste removal, depending on your booking.
2. Service Area
We operate within Plymouth. If you're outside our coverage zone, please contact us before booking — a small travel surcharge may apply.
3. Access Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and unrestricted access to the garden/area being serviced. Locked gates, loose dogs, or other obstructions may result in a missed appointment. Missed visits due to lack of access will not be refunded.
4. Pet Waste Removal
All scooped waste is double-bagged and placed in your brown bin unless you have booked offsite disposal as an add-on. Offsite removal is charged at £3 per visit.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance before services commence. No services will be carried out without confirmed payment.
Recurring customers will be billed on a monthly basis, with automatic renewal unless cancelled.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule at any time. However:
Same-day cancellations may be charged at full price.
Prepaid services will not be refunded if cancelled after a visit has been completed.
You can cancel subscriptions at any time; your service will continue until the end of the paid period.
7. Weather & Safety
Extreme weather, hazardous conditions, or unsafe environments may result in rescheduling at our discretion. We will always aim to notify you of any delays or rearrangements as soon as possible.
8. Pet Safety
While we love pets, for safety and insurance reasons, we ask that dogs be secured or brought indoors during our visit. We cannot be held responsible for pets escaping or injuries caused by unsupervised animals.
9. Garden Size & Pricing
You must select the correct garden size on booking (Small, Medium, or Large). If the selected option is significantly inaccurate, we reserve the right to adjust your service price before or after the first visit.
10. Deodorising Treatments
Our deodorising add-on helps reduce odour but is not a guaranteed sanitiser or disinfectant. It is designed to freshen, not sterilise, garden areas.
11. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:
Repeated non-payment or late payment
Unsafe conditions
Disrespectful behaviour
Inaccurate or misleading booking information
12. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused by existing hazards in your garden
Waste not visible due to overgrowth, snow, or debris
Any illness, injury, or infection related to pet waste remaining outside scheduled visits
We carry full public liability insurance. Proof available on request.
13. Privacy
We only collect data necessary to deliver our services (e.g., name, address, email). We never sell or share your information. For more, view our [Privacy Policy].
