💩 What exactly do you do?

We scoop the poop so you don’t have to! We remove dog waste from your garden, double-bag it, and place it in your brown bin – or take it away for a small extra charge. Think of us as your dog’s mess manager.

🐕 Do I need to be home during the visit?

Nope! As long as we have access to your garden, we can crack on with the cleanup while you're out living your best life.

💳 When do I pay?

All services are paid in advance to keep things simple. This way, we both know what’s what. No awkward chasing, no surprise charges – just clean grass and happy paws. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash (total sum for selected service)

🔁 Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts here! All our plans are cancel-anytime. Flexibility is part of the service – pause, change, or cancel whenever suits you.

🐾 How do you get into the garden?

Most customers leave a gate unlocked or provide a code if it’s padlocked. We’ll always work with you to arrange secure access that keeps your pets safe.

📍 What areas do you cover?

We’re a proud local business serving Plymouth. If you're outside the area, give us a shout – we might still be able to help.

🧼 Do you disinfect your tools?

Absolutely! We sterilise all tools and footwear between each visit to prevent cross-contamination and keep your pets safe.

⏱ How long does a clean take?

Depends on the mess! But most regular visits take around 20–30 minutes. One-off deep cleans might take a little longer.

🐶 What’s included in a clean?

We scoop all visible pet waste from grass, patios, gravel, decking, and flower beds in the area you have booked us for. We double-bag and dispose of it in your brown bin (or take it away for a small fee). Want the full breakdown? Check out our Services Page HERE.

🌼 Do you offer anything extra?

We sure do:

Waste removal off-site – £3 per visit. We take all pet waste away from the property with us.

Garden deodorising – £5 per visit. Give your garden a fresh boost after a clean!

🚫 What if I forget to unlock the gate?

It happens! We’ll send a polite reminder and reschedule where possible. Unfortunately, if we can’t access the garden, the visit is still chargeable.

🗓 Can I skip a week?

Of course – just let us know with at least 24 hours' notice and we’ll adjust your plan. No problem!
